## Choosing the right plan

**Start with Starter** if you have one brand and want to get a baseline on AI visibility and SEO health before committing to a paid plan. You can upgrade at any time and your data carries over.

**Choose Pro** if you manage up to five brands, need all four AI platforms in your tracking, or want to connect Google Search Console and run TrueTrace audits. The 14-day free trial lets you validate the fit before your first charge.

**Choose Agency** if you work with multiple clients, need Competitor mode in TrueTrace, want to build automated reporting workflows through n8n, or require a full year of historical data for trend analysis and client reporting.

    The Pro plan includes a **14-day free trial** with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features — including TrueTrace, Google Search Console, and all four AI platforms — for the duration of the trial. The Starter plan is permanently free and does not have a time limit.

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle and your data is preserved.

    The Starter plan tracks **ChatGPT** and **Gemini** only. The Pro and Agency plans include all four platforms: **ChatGPT** (OpenAI), **Claude** (Anthropic), **Gemini** (Google), and **Perplexity**. If comprehensive LLM coverage is important to your workflow, you need at least a Pro plan.
